It’s time to make Smart Moves truly yours! In the Admin section, under Branding, you can now:
- Add your logo, banner, and favicon.
- Customize your color themes.
This branding will be visible to all users logging into your company, giving your platform a polished feel matching your own website and brand. And guess what? We’re just getting started! More styling options are on the way as we work toward a fully configurable white-label solution.
2. Your Own Landing Page
Say hello to your customizable Landing Page! It’s part of our branding updates, and it’s here to make your company shine.
- Look for those handy [Edit Message] boxes scattered across the landing page and other areas.
- Click on them to add your own content and tell your story.
It’s your space to showcase your organization’s personality!
3. User Roles for Better Collaboration
Managing your team just got easier. You can now assign roles to users under your company:
- Admin: Full control over the system.
- User: Can create their own content but can’t modify company content.
- Viewer: Can only view content.
Give everyone the access they need to contribute effectively!
4. Power Up Your AI Prompts
Take control of the magic behind your content with customizable AI prompts.
- Not loving how some content turns out? Head to the Admin section and refine those prompts.
- Add details, examples, or tweak the tone to suit your needs.
- You can even adjust the core system prompt to shift the overall style of your content—for instance, moving from casual tutorials to more factual, health-and-safety-focused materials.

5. Enhanced Image Generation
We’ve leveled up our image generation game!
- The latest AI engines now create sharper, more accurate images.
- Image generation is still speedy but can take up to a minute for that extra quality boost.
Pro tip: Use those refined prompts from Feature 4 and set your style preferences for truly stunning visuals. Bonus: It can spell now! 😊
6. Style Guides for Consistency
Let’s talk about keeping your content on brand. You can now:
- Select one of your Programs, Plans, or Activities as a Style Guide whenever you’re creating new content.
- Create a “Gold Standard” plan—invest time in making it perfect. All future generations will mimic this style, ensuring consistency across the board.
No more mismatched vibes—just seamless, on-brand content every time!
