A workout to target the lower body
Easy option = aim for the least amount of reps
Hard option = aim for the highest amount of reps
Harder option = set a time for each exercise (20 sec, 30 sec etc) and count how many reps you can do within that time frame (compete against a family member to see who can get the most)
After each round for an exercise, reduce your rest period to increase the difficulty of the workout
Change/create new exercises to your liking for the workout
