Invasion Games - Passing Race

Two teams form a zig zag. Ball starts at the front person who has to pass it to the person on the other side of the zig zag and behind slightly. Once the ball is passed the person must run to the back of the zig zag ready for the ball again. The team that can get all the way to the cone first wins. Focus on making sure the players face toward the starting point so that they are passing the ball back on the diagonal.
