This is useful if you want to restrict content to different paying customers. Or you have different sorts of content in the same organization and want to target different users.

Begin the process of configuring access filters by locating the appropriate settings:
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to modify filter settings before proceeding. You must be a company administrator
Type in a name of a filter and click the +Add button.
This could be something like 'premium-content' or 'junior basketball'. Anything that you wish to use to subdivide you content.
When you have finished adding filters, hit save.

Once your filters are applied, navigate to any program, plan or activity.
click on the 'Settings' button at the top.
Scroll down and open the 'Sharing' section.
Click on the filter you wish to apply to this piece of content. Once the filter has been applied only users that also have that filter will be able to see it.

Navigate to your admin 'Users' page.

Click on 'Edit' for the user you wish to modify.
Scroll down to the 'user access' option and select all filters that you wish to apply to this user.

To ensure your filter has worked. Setup a test account and apply the appropriate filters to it.
Log in and scroll through the programs, plans and activities. Check that only the content you want the user to see appears.
