Kick Challenge

Activities

The aim is to kick an AFL ball from a determined distance, and land it inside a washing basket, chilly bin or a bucket.

Progressions:

- Move bucket further away from where you are kicking from. 

- Try use both feet for kicking. 

- Change the target; eg place a cone or hoop down instead to aim for.

- Can have multiple targets for "levels". Once you've got the first one, move on a try get the next furthest one away etc. 

Modifications

Move closer or further away depending on ability
