Hockey Dribbling Challenge

Set up cones/cans in a zigzag formation. Person has to dribble the ball in and out of the zigzag as fast as they can without touching the cones/cans and keeping the ball on the stick the whole time.

Progressions:

- Can make it a race between others to see who can do it faster. This can be done by timing each individual, or setting up two lines of cones.

- Change the size of ball to make it easier / harder. Eg use a light dodgeball for younger kids, or a proper hockey ball for older kids (could even use golf ball for a fun expert level).

- Can make an obstacle course set up with different activites to do with the ball when you reach it. eg at tall cone they have to circle around it twice, at flat cone they have to trap it, double cones they have to shoot it through etc
