Sit a cone/drink bottle on a chair or other elevated surface. Stand at least five metres away and using correct throwing action throw the ball and try and knock the cone/drink bottle off of the chair.

 

Progression: 

- Make it a challenge that you level up everytime it is hit, ie move a step back/ to a marked area further back. 

- Right hand only/left hand only rules.
