On Day 6, we will repeat the same exercises from Day 2. This includes 3 sets of chest presses, bent-over rows, and lat pulldowns with a 60-second rest period between each set. The total duration of the exercise should be 45 minutes.

  • Chest Presses: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
