Using a tennis ball the person has to bowl the ball and try and hit a target. The target can be a cone, drink bottle or something similar.

Progressions: 

- Move further away everytime you hit the target. 

- Have multiple targets (eg 3 at different distances) that you have to hit in a row without missing.. if one is missed go back and start from the first one. 

 

Modifications

Move closer or further away depending on ability. Make the target bigger for less able people
